Fixes handling symlinks when making archives and adds support to decompress archives with symlinks. Fixes pterodactyl/panel#5429
Tested in production with 3 nodes by making archives with symlinks, decompressing them, transfering servers, making and restoring a backup. And it works perfectly fine.
